130: The Instagram Growth Formula Nobody Talks About (Part 5)
Today I want to answer the question every entrepreneur quietly asks themselves: can I actually do this?
I am introducing you to my Hot Reels graduate, Dani Alvarez. When Dani first joined Hot Reels, she did not know how to make a reel. She was not comfortable on camera. She did not know what a trending audio was, and she seriously questioned whether Instagram was ever going to work for her business.
Fast forward one year later: she had grown her audience from around 1,800 to more than 22,000 followers, created multiple viral reels including one with more than 15 million views, and added over $100,000 in revenue to her business. This is not really a story about Instagram. It is a story about what becomes possible when you commit to mastering one skill long enough for it to change not just your marketing, but your confidence, your identity, and your business.
What You’ll Learn in This Episode:
09:45 Why commitment is the biggest thing standing between where you are today and where you want to be
10:44 Meet Dani Alvarez: beverage burro business owner, homeschool mom, and Hot Reels graduate who grew from 1,800 to 22,000 followers and added $100,000 in revenue in one year
15:01 Dani in her own words: what it felt like the first time she got on camera and why she almost cried posting her first reel
20:48 The 90-day plateau before the breakthrough: how Dani posted consistently for three months with almost no results before one reel hit six million views
24:09 The unexpected opportunity Instagram created: how Dani and a business partner launched an entirely new coaching business for farm and beverage animal owners around the world

S3 Ep130 Transcript - The Instagram Growth Formula Nobody Talks About (Part 5)
00:00
You've landed on part five of a special five part podcast series all about how to use Instagram to grow your visibility, attract more dreamboat clients and customers, and of course, build a more profitable business. Now, don't worry if you haven't listened to the first four episodes. This one absolutely stands on its own, but if you enjoy today's conversation, I definitely recommend going back and binging the series.
00:29
because each episode tackles a different piece of the Instagram puzzle. In part one, we talked about why consistency is still one of the biggest predictors of Instagram growth. Part two was all about creating content with intention, making sure every real carousel and story has a clear job to do. Part three focused on messaging, and one of the biggest mistakes I see experts make that actually repels their dreamboat clients.
00:56
And last week we talked about how to turn Instagram into a revenue generating marketing system instead of just chasing trends or followers. Today I want to answer what I think is the biggest question every entrepreneur quietly asks themselves and that is this, can I actually do this? Because maybe you've been listening to these stories and thinking,
01:21
That's amazing for those business owners, but could I really get results like that? Beloved listener, today's episode is for you. I'm introducing you to my Hot Reels graduate, Dani Alvarez. When Dani first joined Hot Reels, she didn't know how to make a reel. She wasn't comfortable on camera. She didn't know what a trending audio was, and she seriously questioned whether Instagram was ever gonna work for her business. Fast forward one year later.
01:48
She had grown her audience from around 1800 to more than 22,000 followers, created multiple viral reels, including one with more than 15 million views, and added over $100,000 in revenue to her business. Here's why I wanted to end this series with Dani's story. This isn't really a story about Instagram. It's a story about what becomes possible when you commit to mastering one skill.
02:18
long enough for it to change not just your marketing, but your confidence, your identity, and your business. I hope you're pumped. Let's go.
02:30
Welcome to Strut It, a podcast about creating bold visibility on social media with zero apologies. I'm Elizabeth Marberry, your host and Instagram marketing coach. I help small business owners get seen on Instagram and monetize their offers so they can make more money doing their sole led work. If you're tired of spinning your wheels on Instagram and you're seeking simple, proven Instagram marketing strategies that actually work, you're in the right place.
02:59
Let's dive in.
03:09
Welcome back to the show. Thank you as always for joining me today. I know your time, your energy is precious. So I value you and I promise to make it worth it. As I am getting down to record this episode for you today, I am starting to pack up because next week I'm traveling to Dallas, Texas to speak for the National Conference for an organization called WIPA, the Wedding International Professionals Association. It's their first ever national conference.
03:39
chapters all over the country. And I am so excited to be traveling and speaking and really fun fact, Damon John, you know him from Shark Tank, he is gonna be the keynote speaker at this event. And so it's kind of a pinch me moment to say I am on the same speaker ticket as Damon John. You guys, what is happening? I am so, so excited. I know it's gonna sound really cheesy, but I wanna take a moment.
04:09
to think past Elizabeth. Okay, now hang with me. I wanna think past me because I cannot tell you how many times I was rejected, how many times I got nos, how many times I applied and got the, sorry, we're going with a different speaker, or I posted the content and it flopped and I posted it again and it flopped. I posted a reel every day for a year before I could really even figure out how to leverage
04:38
reels for my business. I am grateful for past me in terms of just not giving up and being relentless in the pursuit of what lights my soul on fire. If you're in a season of your life where you are doing all of the things, know, planting all the seeds, you're watering it, you're giving it that sunlight and you're like, when is this seed going to grow into a beautiful flower? My friend, I promise keep going, keep going even when there's no evidence it's working because if I can build and manifest
05:08
a dream business and life, you can too. And a dream life in business isn't always pretty and that's okay. As entrepreneurs, as small business owners, we are in the ring every day doing the dirty work, all the things behind the scenes that people don't see. And I just want you to know, I see you and I hope that my story is an inspiration to you today that you needed to hear this message to keep going. And I just thank you so much for pouring into me and being in my community.
05:37
part of why I'm getting gigs like this is because of you, is because you follow me on Instagram, because you join my programs, because you message me on Instagram and you keep me going. Like this is an energetic exchange. So I just wanna say thank you so much and wish me luck next week in Dallas. I am so excited and you know, I will report back on how it went. So today is our fifth and final episode in this series that I've been doing to share Hot Reels client success stories.
06:06
And my intention of course is twofold. One, do I want you to look at Hot Reels, my 12 month Instagram content lab and join if it feels aligned for you? Of course I do. And whether you hire me as your marketing mentor or not, my goal with this series has been to bring in real client stories to inspire you to keep going because these client stories are not.
06:32
linear growth, right? Every client has come in with different struggles and in sharing their success stories, there's lessons for you. I always say like success leaves crumbs. So follow the crumbs and there have been a lot of delicious crumbs in the series and I hope that you've gotten so much out of it. I do want to flag for you that Hot Reels, my 12 month Instagram content lab. The doors are opening on August 17th, which is when this episode
07:01

08:50
My DMs are open. I love hearing from you. Like you have no idea how much it makes my day when someone, when a listener reaches out to me. So thank you in advance for doing that. And yeah, just know that I'm here to support you. So in part one of this series, we talked about consistency and why so many people quit Instagram right before the momentum starts. In part two, we talked about strategy and why every single piece of content needs a clear job.
09:20
Part three, we talked about messaging and how speaking like an expert instead of speaking like your client could be costing you dream clients or customers every single day. And last week we talked about revenue and why Instagram isn't about simply collecting more followers. It's about building trust and turning that trust into paying clients or customers. Today, I wanna leave you with one final lesson.
09:45
Because after coaching hundreds of small business owners over the years, I've realized that the biggest thing standing between where someone is today and where they wanna be isn't talent, it isn't luck, it isn't even understanding the algorithm, it's commitment. Because the truth is, one year from today, you're going to be one year older, no matter what, right?
10:14
And the question isn't whether the year will pass, right? Like time is going. The question is, who will you become by then, in 12 months from now? And today I wanna introduce you to one of my absolute favorite client stories, because I think you're gonna see yourself in her journey. Her name is Dani, and when she joined Hot Reels, she had about 1800 followers on Instagram. She is in the
10:44
wedding industry. She has a service-based business where she actually has beverage burros. So Danny lives on a farm. She homeschools her three children. She's got a lot going on and her business is she has these adorable beverage burros that are in like beer steers and they go to events and deliver like cocktails to wedding guests. So you have to check out her Instagram. It is so cute. The cutest animals.
11:14
the most beloved animals, so well taken care of and adored. But anyway, so she had this incredible business, but she didn't know how to make a reel. She didn't know what trending audio was. She wasn't comfortable talking on camera. Fast forward one year of completing Hot Reels, my 12 month group coaching program. She had grown her audience to over 22,000 followers, created multiple viral videos.
11:42
At the beginning of her Hot Reels experience, she decided to opt in and upgrade for an additional private coaching session with me. In that coaching session, I helped her totally revamp her pricing. And through our revamp of her pricing business model and all of the content that she had delivered over the year of our work together, she added over $100,000 in additional revenue to her business.
12:11
and even launched an entirely new coaching business with a new business partner because people started finding her through Instagram and saying, hey, I have a farm, I have animals, teach me what you've done, how do I start building a business in the event and service and wedding industry? It was just such an incredible story. the part that I love the most is that none of this happened because she was naturally gifted at Instagram, right? She didn't wake up and say,
12:40
I'm so good at Instagram. It happened because she made one decision. She committed to getting better. A few months ago, I brought Dani on my podcast so she could really share her story with you. And one of my favorite moments from the interview with Dani had nothing to do with Instagram. She said something that totally stopped me in my tracks. She told me, every year I pick one thing to improve in my business.
13:08
I absolutely love that philosophy because I think one of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is trying to improve everything all at once. Right, we're trying to master Instagram and email marketing and build our email marketing campaigns. And also, oh shoot, I need to be on Pinterest, I gotta figure that out. And oh wait, I'm supposed to be on YouTube and oh, I need to talk to this website person about my SEO and wait, should I do paid ads?
13:37
Don't even get me started on AI. You guys know that artificial intelligence, cloud, chat, GPT is changing the game for all of us marketers. And I am obsessed. I love it. I think it's a fantastic tool and it's another opportunity to get distracted, right? If you're not really clear on where you're going. And so suddenly we're overwhelmed before we even begin. I can feel some people like nodding their heads with me, like energetically, I feel you. I feel you because
14:07
I am you, I am ADHD, high achieving entrepreneur, I have two businesses, I have two kids, I'm happily married, I have so much going on in my life, I always feel a lot of things bubbling around in my brain, it's so easy to get overwhelmed. But Dani didn't do that, she simply decided, this is my year to figure out Instagram, that's it, not forever, not every marketing platform, just one.
14:35
skill and I think that's one of the biggest reasons she became so successful. And no matter where you're at on your Instagram journey, what I find so interesting about Dani's story is that when she first joined Hot Reels, she was not confident. She was not excited to get on camera. Honestly, she was terrified. Can anyone relate to that feeling of being terrified to get on camera?
15:01
And I want you to hear her describe those first few weeks because I think so many of you are going to hear yourselves in her story. Let's listen in. Grand Hot Reels, you're dedicating yourself. You're this competitive athlete. Tell us what you committed to doing because you told me in our pre-interview that you committed to posting. Was it like a reel every day? I know. I was like, if I'm going to do this, I need to do exactly what she says.
15:29
You never said we had to post a reel every day, but being kind of the high achiever, like I'm like, I'm going to do this. And as soon as I committed myself to that, I was a little worried because I'm like, I don't know what this even entails. And I don't know what this means for the next year to post a reel every day. Like, oh my goodness. But I did. I committed myself to that and I held to that. And I'm like, just let's see what this does. And I'm going to try to follow what you tell me to do.
15:58
as best I can. Tell us about the struggle in the beginning of showing up on camera. Oh, just one of the first times you were like, you guys need to show your face. People want to see who you are. And I'm like, but it's animals. Like, I don't need to be on there. They're booking my animals. They're not booking me. And you're like, no, put your face out there. Oh, and the first time I did it, I was freaked out. I almost was in tears. It's just so hard to just put yourself out there. People who know you are going to see it, people who don't know you are going to see it.
16:27
I remember I messaged you, I was like, I did it. And I'm like, I'm gonna throw up. This is gonna be hard. You know, it's just that the beginning is so awkward. You're trying something that you don't really know how to do and it's forced and you don't know how to talk to a camera. And you know, not to say that I do now, but I've practiced a lot more. I get better. Can we just normalize that for a second? Because I think social media has convinced us that confident creators were just born that way. They weren't.
16:56
Confidence isn't something you have before you start. Confidence is something you earn by continuing to show up and do it in the most messy, cringe-worthy way. I personally will never forget the first time I tried to speak into my Instagram story, and I think I recorded it four or five times, and it was so bad because I just had this voice in my head the entire time of, who cares what you're saying?
17:26
Why does someone care? I think I was talking about, oh, I went to this yoga class because an influencer friend was like, just share about your day. And I felt like such a poser. I was just like, this is so weird, but I'm so glad I did. And I pushed past that cringe feeling because learning how to show up on camera, use your voice, tell a story, speak with clarity, all of these things are about really becoming a better
17:56
more confident communicator as a marketer. And in this world that we're living in 2026 and beyond in the world of AI, you can see everywhere what people are connecting to is people. even founders of these Fortune 500 companies are building personal brands now because people don't want to buy from a brand they know nothing about. They want to buy from people they know and align with. And so
18:25
that confidence comes by showing up and putting in the reps. Every wheel, every story, every carousel, every time you press post when you're not completely sure if anyone will care, that's where your confidence comes from. And that's why I love Instagram. Not because it grows businesses, because of course I'm obsessed with using it as a tool for business growth, but I love it because it grows people.
18:55
I was a professional dancer for over 20 years and being on stage and being in spotlight never scared me. Like I would get so nervous, but like once I got on that stage and I was performing, I was living my best life, okay? But that was movement. That was communication through movement. Being on a stage and speaking, talking into a camera, talking into a microphone, sharing my opinions.
19:22
sharing my life experiences, my stories, that terrified me. And Instagram stories helped me to find my voice and Reels became my stage again. And somewhere along the way, I realized that I wasn't just becoming a better marketer, I was becoming a more confident human and entrepreneur and mom and wife. And that's exactly what I see happen with my clients over and over again.
19:50
And here's something that I really tell my clients all the time, and I wanna share this with you. Your first reel isn't supposed to be amazing, right? Or your first few months of doing something new, you're not gonna knock it out of the park, most likely, right? But your first reel, your first few months or weeks of content is simply supposed to exist. We need to normalize that it's gonna be average at first. And...
20:18
You need to remember that every great content creator that you see on Instagram or social media, someone you admire, started exactly where you are. You know, they posted the awkward videos or they stumbled over their words and they wondered if anyone cared. The only difference between them and where you're at right now, if you're struggling with this, is they kept going. And that's exactly what Dani did. She kept going for 90 days without seeing the kind of results everyone secretly hoped for.
20:48
And then everything changed. She kept going for 90 days and hot reels. She was posting a reel every day. Like she said, I don't make you do that. I have kind of a minimum amount that I'd like for you to post, but she was, of course, you know, going above and beyond. She knew herself best. She knew that she wanted to really get those reps in quicker so she can get the results sooner. So for 90 days and hot reels, she wasn't seeing a lot of growth. And then
21:18
this happened? I mean, I was posting for 90 days, frustrated. It was coming along. was learning it. But as far as like seeing any real results, yeah, followers here and there and more, a little bit more views, but nothing really big. And then at like 90 day mark, one that I didn't mean to even, it wasn't even, I don't even know if it was a good real still to this day. I had my husband take a little video. made it.
21:47
put it out there before we went on vacation. was loading the flight and I looked and I was like, oh my gosh, this is growing like tens of thousands of views like every few minutes. Yes. And one finally hit and it went quote unquote viral for me. Right. Oh yeah. How many views did that one end up giving? Oh, I want to say that one was around six million. Oh my gosh. I would say that's viral for everyone, not just you. I for me, I hadn't like gotten maybe past like four thousand views.
22:17
I love that story because it perfectly illustrates something I've been saying throughout this entire series, which is momentum almost always looks invisible until suddenly it doesn't. You know, from the outside, people saw Danny's viral 6 million view reel. They saw 22,000 followers, you know, months later, a thriving business. But what they didn't see were those 90 days beforehand of learning, experimenting.
22:44
awkward videos like that moment that she literally was in tears after getting on camera and wanting to throw up, the moment she wanted to quit, the consistency that no one applauds when you're living it. And that's where the transformation happens, not in the viral moment and everything that came before it. And that's exactly why Hot Reels is a 12 month program because I don't want to teach you how to just create one good reel.
23:13
I wanna coach you through the entire journey, know, that awkward beginning, the resistance, the hard part, the messy middle, the momentum, the growth, the launches, the pivots, the season where life gets busy. That's real entrepreneurship. The skills that we are digging into in the group, it goes so much deeper than marketing and sales. It is entrepreneurial.
23:40
It is the mindset and energetics that are required to be successful in the long term. I'm all about creating consistent, sustainable marketing and sales systems that you can use forever and ever. So that first video to pop off for Dani was such a fun unlock for her. And here's the part of her story that absolutely blew me away. She thought Instagram would help her book more wedding couples and it
24:09
Absolutely did, but what happened next, she could have never planned. Listen in. Here I'm targeting in my mind, know, Northern Colorado brides, right? Wedding planners, wedding venues, and that is my target audience. The pain points of brides as they, you know, are planning their wedding. So that is what I'm going for. In that, I am getting this inbox full of questions and, you know, being a mom and...
24:36
opening up your Instagram at night and you're just like, oh my gosh, I so many messages. And these are from other farms like us. So small farms, some of them have this very similar story. They bought animals, they bought these cute Highland cows or mini donkeys, but they need them to like have a job. One, because it's good for them. And two, because like it's another mouth to feed. I mean, it's expensive to have these animals. And so they're like, we want to do what you do. Like, how do you do this? How do you do that? What materials are?
25:05
And they just have so many different questions. How do you bathe them? How do you get them ready? My friend and I, she helped me put these in categories of like, what are people asking? And we came up with four different groups of what people are asking us about. Her name is Sujay Roberts and her and I, we started a coaching business around beverage animals.
25:25
So doing more luxury beverage animals at weddings and events. Anyway, we started that business and we started doing, we did a free webinar and we had 80 people from all over the world. It was like Australia, Belgium, all over the place show up. And then they wanted more of our services. So different things that we started to offer, we started a video series. And so they buy a video series called Hoop Essentials and private coaching sessions. And we have all these different sections within that business now that people are
25:55
coming to us for coaching. And so now, because it's really hard to scale a local wedding business, there's only so much we really want to scale that and do, you know, within our community. And so without franchising and things like that, because it is hard with live animals, we're like, what can we do that we can scale? And this is totally something that we can scale.
26:18
And we can do it at home, you know, with our kids there. We're on our computer and they're playing with each other because her kids are the same age as my kids. We both home school. And so it's just been one of those businesses that I never ever would have like thought to do and never plan to do it. But purely because of Instagram and a social media presence, it's led to this whole other revenue source. That right there.
26:42
is why I believe Instagram is one of the greatest opportunities available to small business owners today. Because Instagram doesn't just create followers, it creates opportunities and opportunities your brain can't even imagine today. Speaking opportunities, partnerships, media features, collaborations, a whole new revenue stream, right? New offers.
27:08
The opportunities don't arrive because you're chasing them. They arrive because people finally know that you and your brilliance exists. And that's what visibility does. It creates possibilities. And that's exactly what happened to Dani. She didn't sit down and say, huh, I think I'll launch a coaching business this year. That opportunity found her because she built enough visibility and trust that people started asking.
27:36
for it and that's what I want for every single person listening, not necessarily another coaching business, but the kind of opportunities that only become available when people know who you are and trust what you do. I'll never forget one day I got an international phone call and I sent it straight to voicemail. It was to my dance studio phone number.
28:01
If you don't know, I own a brick and mortar dance studio in Denver, Colorado called Wedding Dance Coach. We've been in business 16 years. I'm in the CEO's seat of that company. I run the business about five hours a week. I have a very small but mighty team of instructors and a leadership team. So the instructors do all the dance lessons and they're incredible. But this phone rang through and I saw it was to our studio line. yeah, it was an international number, it straight to voicemail, didn't even think about it because they kind of look like spam.
28:31
I checked it a few hours later and it was, hi, this is John. I'm an executive producer on this morning, the biggest morning show in the UK. We're really interested in talking to you about featuring your business on our show. Give me a call back. Long story short, I called them back. I truly still thought like, is this a scam? Like this can't be real. And it was real. It was legit. They wanted to fly me to London.
28:59
Within a couple days to film a live segment, they were doing a feature on weddings and they discovered my wedding dance coach business and how we create really unique first dances and unique, you know, and fun surprise dances and things to entertain your guests. And they wanted to fly me out, put me up, pay me for the interview. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fly to London because at that time my husband was traveling a lot for work. I had two young kids at home and I couldn't just hop on a plane and go to London. I wish I could.
29:28
And they said, no worries, we're gonna send a camera crew to you at your studio. And so fast forward, you know, the following week, it's like 1 a.m. and I'm at my studio getting ready to record a live international TV interview where I got paid to literally promote my business. And what I will never forget is when I was speaking to the executive producer on the phone, I said, how did you find me? And he said, Instagram.
29:59
This is what I mean about opportunities. I was posting on Instagram to grow my business and drive leads and sales. That has happened and it has unlocked so much more for me in my life in terms of visibility, PR, speaking opportunities. I told you earlier that I'm speaking on a stage with Damon John, you know, from Shark Tank. All of these things have happened because of the visibility I have built on Instagram.
30:28
If you've listened to this five-part series, first of all, thank you so much for being here. I hope these episodes have shown you that Instagram growth isn't about luck. It's not about dancing trends. It's not about getting lucky with the algorithm. It's about becoming a better marketer. I want you to imagine waking up on a Monday morning and already knowing what you're gonna post this week. Imagine sitting down to create content and not staring at your phone.
30:56
frozen and wondering where to start. Imagine having a clear strategy for your reels, your carousels, your Instagram stories. So every piece of content has a clear measurable purpose for your business. Imagine having someone in your corner who knows your business, knows your goals and can tell you, yes, post that or next time we got to tweak this hook or instead of doing this in your caption, do that before you spend.
31:25
hours creating content that continues to miss the mark. That content feedback is priceless. Imagine building a business where Instagram consistently brings you leads, sales, opportunities, podcast invitations, speaking engagements, referrals, dream clients. Not because you're chasing the algorithm, but because you've learned how to build trust with the right people, your ideal clients. That's exactly why I created Hot Reels, my 12 month Instagram content lab.
31:54
Hot Reels is not another course you'll buy with the best of intentions and never finish. I've been there myself. It is not a giant membership where you're one of hundreds of faces on a Zoom call, hoping your question gets answered by the coach. It's 12 months of personalized coaching, accountability, strategy, and community designed to help you become the kind of marketer
32:23
who knows how to grow a business through Instagram. Twice a month we'll meet live for coaching where you will get the most up-to-date training on what is working for small businesses on Instagram. And there's lots of time for personalized coaching through our Q &A where you can bring questions about your content, your strategy, your business, your launches, whatever is up for you so I can spot you through that and help you get unstuck and clear on your next step as quickly as possible.
32:53
Every week, you'll be able to submit up to two pieces of content for personalized feedback. So you're never left wondering, is this actually good enough? Or how do I make this better for next time? So you're learning as you go. And every week you receive a fresh content idea with a proven hook and AI powered workflows that help you create faster without ever sounding robotic or losing your authentic brand voice.
33:23
You'll also have access to our private community where I'm active in there coaching Monday through Thursday, answering questions, giving feedback and cheering you on as you implement what you're learning. And throughout the year, you'll continue building a library of marketing skills that you can use for the rest of your career, okay? Not just until the next algorithm update. These are algorithm-proof marketing strategies that work.
33:49
One of the things I'm most proud of is that I intentionally keep Hot Reels small. I cap it at just 20 owners. Could I make more money by filling a room with hundreds of people? Absolutely. But that's never been the business I wanted to build. I wanna know you, your business, your offers, your dream clients. I wanna celebrate your wins and I wanna help you troubleshoot when something isn't working.
34:19
And if you disappear for a few weeks, I'll notice and I'll check in on you. Okay, that is the kind of intimate circle that this is. And that's the kind of experience I wanted to create. So if you're listening to this episode, the week it comes out, here's the exciting part. Doors are officially open today to the Hot Reels VIP waitlist, that's August 17th.
34:42
If you join over the next 48 hours, you're going to unlock an exclusive private coaching bonus worth over $500 with me to really kick off your experience in Hot Reels and get that ROI out of your time in the program. And one more thing, this is the last enrollment for Hot Reels at the current investment. So as of today, as of recording this podcast, Hot Reels is only $444 per month.
35:11
for 12 months or $4,444 paid in full. And the next time enrollment opens, the investment will be increasing. The easiest place to get the most up-to-date information, including exactly what's included, the VIP bonuses, the current investment, how many spots are still available, is elizabethmarberry.com slash hot. 36:29
Because at the end of the day, I'm not looking for 20 people who are casually interested in Instagram and who are not gonna show up and not do the work. I'm looking for 20 business owners, which by the way, recording this as of right now, I have seven spots open in the program. But I'm looking for those seven owners who are ready to make a clear decision that they're done guessing, they're done overthinking every single thing and they're ready to.
36:56
