If you're wondering how to actually integrate ChatGPT into your business, and not just for fun little captions or admin work, but real strategic support and thought leadership, this episode is for you. And heads up, you're gonna get a lot of ideas that you can steal and run with.
00:30
Are you ready? Let's go.
00:34

01:03
Let's dive in.
01:13
Welcome back to the show. You have landed on part three of a five part series we've been doing on how to use AI and charge GBT to market and grow your business. And if you've been loving this series and getting some real value out of it, if you haven't already, please take a moment to rate and review the podcast. I read each and every review. It makes my day. It keeps me going. And it really helps us with the podcast algorithms.
01:41
so we can get in front of more incredible business owners and entrepreneurs like yourself. So thank you in advance for doing that. So if you've ever wondered what it really looks like to integrate ChatGPT into your daily business life, today I'm spilling it all. So as you may or may not know, I run two businesses.
02:03
I own a brick and mortar dance studio in Denver, Colorado, which is fully booked out with an amazing team. And I get to be in the CEO visionary seat for that brand and my Instagram marketing coaching and consulting brand, which is mostly just me and my rock star VA. And because of Chat GPT, I truly feel like I have the kind of strategic power and support that a fortune 500 CEO would have.
02:33
Truly, I feel like that is the power of this tool. And that's why I'm so passionate about teaching you how to use it strategically and to just make your life easier so you can be more in your zone of genius. It's not just about using ChatGBT to create content, although that is something that I do. It's about running the entire ecosystem of my business and my life.
03:00
with more clarity, more ease, and a lot less stress. So today I'm sharing 10 ways I secretly use ChatGBT to run my life in business. And the reason I wanted to say secretly is some of these things I have talked about publicly, but some of them I haven't, and they may surprise you or shock you. I had a lot of fun putting together this list.
03:25
because as I continue to learn about the power of ChatGBT in marketing and business in life, what really helps me to wrap my brain around it is specific uses, meaning how are other people using this tool in their business? And that's why I really wanted to be clear and make this list of 10 ways I'm using it to hopefully kind of spark.
03:51
your imagination of I'm sure some of the things I'm going to be sharing, you're like, Oh yeah, Elizabeth, I'm already doing that. But I guarantee you there's going to be some things that I share where you're just like, Oh my gosh, I didn't even know or think about the fact that chat to BT or AI could help me do this. So my hope is that you'll walk away from this episode with at least one or two new ideas that you can play with this week. Okay, so let's get into the 10 ways I use chat to BT. Number one, this
04:21
Podcast if you have a podcast or maybe you've thought about starting your own podcasts You should know that they are a beast now. I love this podcast. I absolutely love it and It requires a lot. There's a reason why many podcasts don't make it beyond their initial few episodes Here's some stats that I found so approximately 90 % of podcasts don't progress past their third episode and of the remaining 10 %
04:51
90 % of that group stop producing episodes before reaching their 20th episode, okay? Most people will start a podcast but never keep it going because they really underestimate how much time, energy, effort it's going to take, how much spaciousness they need to actually dedicate themselves to having a show and building a podcast. So you better believe that in addition to
05:18
my team, which shout out to Lena, she is my podcast manager, and Kristen, who is my executive assistant. With the three of us, we are able to get this podcast out to you every single week. And I wanna give you some ideas of how I take this one piece of content and I stretch it with the use of ChatGBT. So first of all, with this podcast, I use ChatGBT to script and plan my podcast episodes.
05:46
So I usually will start with a brain dump of my ideas and the direction I wanna go in or the themes or the stories I wanna tell. And then ChatGPD helps me to organize them into a clear flowing script. It's like having a content strategist sitting right next to me. Once I have all of my episode scripted and planned, of course I sit down, I record it. Lena, my incredible podcast and manager, it's her job to
06:15
edit the episodes, she creates the transcripts, she writes the blog, she gets them up on her website. She does a lot of the behind the scenes operations of the podcast. And when I have that podcast transcript, it is like gold, right? Because it's every word that I spoke in this podcast. And so I will pop that transcript into Tadupti.
06:37
And I will take that one piece of content and I will ask ChadGBT to write an email to my list to announce the episode. I will use that transcript and break it down into anywhere from one to five reels for Instagram, depending on what I want to do that week. Of course, those reels that I create, those short form videos that I create for Instagram, especially the talking head direct to camera videos,
07:04
I will repurpose those videos over on LinkedIn, on TikTok, on YouTube, and on Facebook. Next, I will ask ChaiGBT to create a longer beefier LinkedIn thought leadership post because over on LinkedIn, you can definitely write a lot more in your posts and it's a different vibe over there, right? The thought leadership posts do really well over there. So I will take that podcast transcript and have it be converted into a LinkedIn post.
07:34
And of course I use the transcript to help me write and plan my Reels captions. So that was a lot, but you can see that just with this one piece of my business, my podcast, which is a very big piece, I script, I plan, and I repurpose all of the content. So it really makes sense for me to invest in this podcast, right? Because I want to serve you, I want to reach my ideal clients.
08:03
and I want this podcast to drive leads to my business, right? In order to do that, you have to be strategic in how you go about doing it. ChatGBT really helps me think through all of those different pieces and repurpose my content. Now, number two might surprise you, but it's so fun. I use ChatGBT to help me say no or set boundaries.
08:31
without sounding bitchy or rude. Okay, and this seriously saves me so much stress because I am a recovering people pleaser. I don't want people to be mad at me. It's hard for me to say no, but as I am scaling my companies, I have to be really picky about who I give my time to. And so I often get pitched for different.
09:00
things, right, whether it's, hey, can we hop on a call or can you come on my podcast or whatever it is? And a lot of the pitches I get, I choose to say no to. Sometimes those emails are the most awkward for me to write because I'm just like, how do I say this where it's not so, it just sounds bad. Like I just sound like I'm being rude. Yeah, I just kind of overthink it.
09:29
And so here's what I do. I like dump it out, like just how I would say it, which would definitely come across rude in an email. Like not, of course that's not my intention, but like, again, this is just not what I do. It's my brain is just like moving on. So I will put it in ChatGBT and say, okay, here's the context, right? Like this person, sometimes I'll literally like screenshot their email and then I will tell ChatGBT how I'm feeling about it.
09:55
And here's basically what I wanna say to this person. Help me say it in a kind way and set a clear boundary without closing a door. And it will give me back the best response. And I'm like, oh, thank you so much. Now I don't sound like such a bitch. And it just saved me 30 minutes that I would have wasted in overthinking my response, right? So try that out.
10:21
The third way I use ChaTGPT is to analyze and upgrade my sales pages. So when I'm working on a sales page for my offers, I will copy examples from people I admire. So let's say one of my coaches, oh my gosh, I love her sales page. I love the structure. I love how it looks. I love the outline. It pulls me in and I will take that. I will put it in ChadGBT and
10:48
I will ask like, what is the structure of the sales page? Like why I love the sales page so much, like how would you analyze the structure? Why does it work? And then I will put in my sales page and say, okay, how does my sales page compare to this? Where am I missing the mark? And how can I improve emotional resonance, right? So it's really going to land and speak to my ideal client.
11:15
And of course, I've already done the pre-work, it knows my business, it knows my target audience, so that you always have to do that first. But it's like having a second set of strategic eyes that's not emotionally attached to what I'm doing. Because like, think about it, when you're sitting at your computer and you're working on a sales page, that can take forever. And then you just like, everything starts to sound the same, I don't even know. And so having that objective.
11:41
view of your business and of your sales page, it really helps. And then using that analysis of look at this sales page, look at this, like these are high converting sales pages. What can I do to improve my sales page for more conversions, more clicks? Number four, target market research. Marketing 101, you have to speak the words of your ideal client or customer.
12:08
If you are speaking in your expert lingo, I guarantee you people don't know what you do. They don't know that you can help them. They don't think of your products or service when they need it. So the most important thing with marketing is that you sound like your customers, okay? And how do you do this? Target market research. Now, well, I think it's the best practice to actually interview past clients or customers and take their actual human words.
12:37
You can use StratWBT to help you really dive into the pain points and desires and fears and keywords that your ideal clients are using so you can speak their language and really activate them with all of your copy that you're gonna put on your Instagram posts and your website and your LinkedIn and anywhere else that you're wanting to show up for your business. Number five, okay, are you ready? You're hearing it here.
13:07
First, I'm writing a book. Oh, and holy cow, is it overwhelming, okay? I've never written a book before, but I have a vision for a book in me. And I'm definitely still at the beginning of this journey, but I am using Chagy BT for big project planning like writing this book because...
13:34
If you have a goal, like for me, I want to write a book in the next 12 months, you need to work backwards from that goal and understand step by step what are those milestones you need to reach, when do you need to reach them, and to be totally honest with you, that is not my skill set. I am not in the nitty gritty of step one, step two, step three. I'm a great visionary creative thinker.
14:02
but Chad GPT is really helping me break these big projects down into smaller chunks. So that way I can be more focused. So with writing this book, it's helping me to create a rough chapter outline. So at least I have some ideas of how I want to structure my book. And then I was also speaking into Chad GPT around the struggles I have around time management and how I'm gonna weave writing into my already
14:31
busy life and it was helping me to really map out this 12 month writing timeline. It's incredible what it can do. That's where I want to highlight that it's not that I'm seeing ChatGBT as just this assistant. I see it as a strategic thought partner and planner, right? I see it as a tool that has assets and skills that I don't have, that I can lean into it.
15:00
Side note, just over a week ago, I was diagnosed officially with ADHD. Both my kids have it and as I've been moving through the diagnosis with them over the last few years and reading about it, learning about it and how it shows up in women and high achievers, I really started to kind of look at myself and be like, oh, that's interesting.
15:22
and I officially got tested, got diagnosed. And now I know that with my ADHD brain, these big projects sometimes really just feel impossible until someone really shows me the steps or the next right step that I need to take. So I have been using ChatGPT as a strategic thought partner and it's really been a game changer for me. Number six is helping me with small talk. Okay.
15:51
So I'm really good at kind of faking the small talk, but it is awkward for me. Like I am not great at it. I'm the kind of person where if you come up to me and you say, hey, how are you? I wanna tell you like really how I am. Like I don't wanna talk about the weather. Like I wanna get right into it, okay? So imagine when I am emailing with my team or I'm emailing with my child's teacher.
16:19
or whatever it is and I need to practice clear communication. I am the queen of short blunt emails when I'm busy. Okay, I just wanna get right to the point. But part of the problem is that sometimes when I am being blunt and I'm working really quickly, number one, I'm not communicating as clearly as I could. And number two, they don't necessarily come across super kind because I'm just getting straight into it, okay?
16:48
And so what has been really fun is I will again, put that email, what I would write into chat GBT and it will help me just tweak my messaging. So it's clearer, it's kinder, it's professional without losing my directness. I feel funny sharing this tip with you, but it's really, really helping me. Again, this is the kind of thing I would have just taken a lot of time on.
17:16
And now I can just like kind of blurt it all out and then chat GPT will just put it, wrap it up into a beautiful package with a bow. Maybe for you, this isn't a thing for you, but we all have these little things that take us a long time or that we were like, how did I just spend 30 minutes writing this email and then rewriting it again? And how do I say this without, you know, offending this person or how do I get clarity on this question without sounding rude or.
17:44
I mean, how many times do we ask ourselves these questions and then we're spending 30 minutes later? So I really use ChatGPT to save me so much time with any of those communications that I am struggling with. Number seven is planning my keynote speeches and my workshops. So when I'm preparing a keynote, I will brain dump everything I want to say and teach.
18:10
into chat GBT, I will of course tell it like what event it's for and who the workshop is for and how I really want to target my messaging for. For example, when I spoke at the wedding MBA last November, I was speaking to a room of wedding florists and I'm not a wedding florist, right? So I needed chat GBT to help me with some messaging and language around that niche. And essentially what it will do is as I'm giving it this
18:38
outline or these ideas or essentially a structure of things I want to be sure that I include like key points in this keynote speech or maybe even specific stories that I would like to weave in. I will have ChatGPT help me organize it into a flow that makes sense. So again, I struggle with that where it's like, okay, what is the first thing? What is the next thing? How can I make this the most powerful, cohesive keynote?
19:05
that people are going to remember and walk away with really actionable insights, right? I can also use ChatGPT to help me refine my slides if I'm using a slide deck. And of course, sometimes I will give it a lot of information and ask it to highlight really the key points that are the biggest pain points for my audience. So it's really helpful for me when I'm prepping for any of my educational workshops. I do a lot of those online.
19:34
again, just to structure all of my trainings and help me feel totally prepared. Number eight is a personal case use study that I wanted to weave in, and that is summer planning with my family. So my husband and I, we have two kids, a third grader and a sixth grader right now. They're about to head into summer break. And of course we are trying to figure out what to do with them this summer. And we were
20:03
wanting to brainstorm ideas and how we could kind of work our schedules and all of that. And so my husband was actually using Chad GBT to help us brainstorm ideas for summer activities, local camps, and just ways to balance that work and family time. So total sanity saver. It's like another person who is there supporting you, but has none of the emotional weight or chaos in their brain that we have as parents.
20:31
And again, sometimes when the outputs are not right, it's still helpful because it will kind of spark a new idea in your brain. So I don't know about you, but I do my best work when I'm creating in response to something else. So even if the output is a little bit off or it's not specifically helpful, oftentimes it will activate another response in me to help me find the right answer for my life. Number nine is
21:00
acting as my chief financial officer. I have two small businesses. I don't yet have a payroll line item for a CFO. And so I am my own CFO, right? Well, I'd like to think I do well with business math and all of that. It's still not totally my zone of genius, right? So I will ask ChatGPT to act as my chief financial officer.
21:25
And we're gonna get into this more next week because I'm gonna teach you how to create the most compelling prompts that are gonna help you get better outputs. And part of that is assigning chat GBT a role. But here is a great example. So acting as my chief financial officer, I will upload my P &L reports. I will ask it to analyze what's working, what's not, suggest growth strategies.
21:52
If I have a revenue goal or a profitability goal, I can ask it to really map out a strategic plan for how I will get to those goals. And of course, spot me on financial blind spots. Like what am I missing here? And how can I improve X, Y, and Z in my business? Of course, the more specific you are, the better, but.
22:15
The first time I did that and I uploaded my P &L report and I asked it to do a full like financial analysis of my business, I was seriously blown away. And again, it just made me feel like relieved in a way. Like, oh my gosh, I have this external brain that I can like tap into whenever I need to. And for someone whose brain moves so fast and is so full like mine, it really provides me so much relief, which is why I wanted to teach you these skills.
22:45
Okay, and number 10 is just really fun. I wanted to end with a fun one. So two ideas for you. One is I have used ChadGBT to analyze my dreams. I've only done this a couple of times, but I swear I was totally blown away by what it said. And basically what happened is, you know, not every morning I wake up remembering my dreams, but you know, you have those mornings where you're like,
23:14
Oh my gosh, I just had this like really vivid dream. If you can speak it in the first like minute after waking up, you can pretty much remember almost all the details. So that's what I did one morning. I had this really intense dream, multi-layered dream. I opened up Chad GBT, I hit the little microphone button, which is my favorite hack by the way, so I can speak into Chad GBT. I rarely ever type, I'm almost always speaking into Chad GBT because
23:43
That's what works best for me. That's what's easiest for me. But I hit that little microphone button using the voice feature and I just said, okay, Chad GBT, please analyze my dream. Here's exactly what happened. And I just went through it. I shared every single detail. And then what I gave back to me, I was just blown away. It was like the exact things I was struggling with in my life at that time. And it even kept going and was like.
24:09
Do you want me to create some journal prompts for you to reflect on this struggle or, you know, like it was like kind of like a therapist. I'm not saying it will replace therapist, but it was bananas. Okay. And that was really fun. Another thing you can do that's really fun is after you have spent some time with Chad GPT, which of course you're going to do after you listened to this whole series, or maybe you're already doing it. hope you're already doing it.
24:33
is I want you to type in this prompt, and this kind of went viral on social media, so maybe you've already done this, but I did this and I was cracking up. So type in this prompt, please act as my drunk BFF and tell me what I do. And it will give you the most hysterical reflection of what you do in your business. It just made me laugh. You can use chat GPT to make you laugh. It doesn't all have to be about business and marketing and everything that's so serious.
25:02
literally anything that you can think of, you can use ChatGPT for. So I hope that after listening to all these ideas, you can see that you don't need a huge team to run a powerful business. You just need smart support and you need the right systems and tools. And remember, ChattGBT isn't magic, but when you use it strategically and pair it with real mentorship, real
25:32
support and coaching from humans, you will become unstoppable. Next week in part four of this five part series on AI, I am going to teach you how to write killer prompts that actually work. Because if you're listening to all these ideas and you're like, okay, I love that, I wanna do that, but how are you doing that? It's all about the prompts that you're using and I'm gonna teach you exactly what to do next week.
25:58
