A content strategy is simply creating content that helps your ideal clients feel seen, heard, or helped.

So that way they will see your content, be activated, nurtured, and be invited into that next step in your marketing funnel. And this is the secret sauce. It all comes down to messaging. Messaging, so the words that you are choosing to use is what makes your content land and resonate with your ideal client. Your content only connects when your ideal client or customer feels like you're talking directly to them in their words about their exact struggles or desires.

Now, I've been using ChatGBT for content creation and it's incredibly powerful and you can train it, you can give it detailed prompts, you can get incredible results. It's a fantastic tool that you can do so much with when you know how to use it properly. So much of the series and

All of the past AI series I've done have really focused on ChatGBT and I will still be totally honest with you, I spend most of my time in ChatGBT still, but I do wanna share that I have recently discovered a new AI tool that has completely changed my entire approach to my content strategy and just all the different pieces of content that I am putting out there.

as a small business owner who has a very small team, right? I don't have a marketing department. I don't have tons of people working under me. I have to be really efficient and effective in the work that I am doing. And I love using AI tools to help me do that. And here is the new AI tool. I'm so excited to share it with you. The way it's set up is really uniquely powerful for us as marketers, creatives, entrepreneurs, especially if you're a visual person like me. Here is what makes Poppy different for creating client-centered content. So first, it can read anything you throw at it. YouTube videos, website links, PDFs, LinkedIn posts. You just paste the link and it absorbs

all the content. Unfortunately, chat gbt can't do that. So if you uploaded a link to a real, for example, it would tell you that it can't read that content from an external site that you would have to copy and paste the text. So with poppy AI, there is no more copying and pasting chunks of text. You can literally paste the URL in there and it can read it, which is a total game changer.

Second, it's set up like a visual whiteboard. So I want you to think of it like a mind map where you can connect different pieces of content and see how they all relate. So an example of this is you might have a competitor's sales page connected to your own. So you can kind of pull in these different links and then this little slider where you connect these different links into one chat.

So just like in ChatGBT, you can open up a chat. But what's really unique about this visual whiteboard is you have this chat, but these links that you have dropped into different pieces of content, and keep in mind, this could be a blog on your website. This could be an educational YouTube video. This could be an Instagram reel from one of your competitors. Essentially, you can pull in all those links and then you can connect them into the chat. So you might have a competitor sales page

connected with your own sales page plus a recent client testimonial and a successful Instagram post from one of your competitors all in one visual workspace where you can chat and have the AI reference all of those links in the chat if that makes sense.

The third reason why I am digging Poppy AI and if you feel a little bit lost by how I'm describing this, I think this will help you to kind of connect the dots on how you could use this for your business is you can do comparative analysis in real time. So here is an example. Let's say I find Amy Porterfield's sales page for her signature course and I think, wow, this program I know converts like

crazy for her. And let's say I just love her style. I love the flow of the page. And I think, gosh, I wish that I could have my sales page look like this or flow like this or activate my deal people like she does with her people. And I'm just using that example. So I paste that URL of Amy Porterfield's sales page into Poppy. And then

I upload my sales page for Hot Reels, which is my 12 month Instagram content lab. And I connect those two sales pages into one chat. And just like in chat, GBT, Poppy AI has this little microphone button. So I rarely ever take time to type when I'm using AI. I'm always speaking because speaking is so much faster. And remember, I'm going for efficiency.

And when I speak, it's great because every time I speak into the AI, it's understanding my brand voice and the angle and my unique perspective when I come into the chat. So I'm connecting these two sales pages. I'm using my voice and I might ask something like, okay, what is Amy doing really well here in her sales page? Can you give me the format and formula and breakdown?

It might bring up more questions for you, which you could ask the AI. And then moving on, I would say, okay, great. Now I want you to look at my sales page. What am I doing well? And what might I be missing to drive more conversions? Can you challenge my sales page and help me

to apply some of these formulas that we know are highly converting on this other piece of content. So it's really mind blowing. It's like having a marketing strategist analyze both pages side by side and give you specific actionable feedback. So maybe it tells me that Amy uses more social proof above the fold, like her testimonials or her headlines create more urgency than mine. Like she has a better hooks or.

She addresses objections earlier in the sales copy. And then it looks at my page and says, okay, you're great at storytelling and building connection, but you could add more testimonials above the fold. Meaning the part of when I'm looking at your sales page, like what do I see right there at the top of the screen before I have to scroll all the way to the bottom? Or maybe it tells me you need to create clearer urgency around your enrollment deadline. It is so incredibly cool because it gives you that

outside perspective. And the fourth thing I love about Poppy AI is that everything builds on everything else. So instead of having separate conversations that don't connect, you're building a knowledge base where each piece of content informs the next. The I is interview and the T is task. So I'm gonna give you a prompt right now that you can plug into charge BT, pop the AI or whatever AI platform you want to use. Here's the context. Help me create a client centered content strategy for my organic Instagram marketing. I'm and then you describe your business, you describe who you help your ideal client in extensive detail. Remember ideally we have trained the AI already.

on who you serve, how you help them, what are your offers, who's your target audience. All those pieces are so important to get any kind of outputs that you can remotely use with the AI. Are the role act as a social media marketing strategist and expert copywriter? I is the interview. Ask me one question at a time to gain further clarity and context up to five questions total to understand exactly what I need.

then the AI will start to interview you. And then the T, the task is you would say, I want you to help me develop my Instagram marketing strategy for the next 30 days. My specific goal is this. So you need to be clear about what your goal is. So maybe your goal might be grow my engagement and get more views on my content, right? Like I'm not focused on leads and sales right now. I'm just trying to understand how to create content that is gonna get more eyeballs.

boost that visibility, more likes, more views, more engagement, more followers, all of that. Or maybe your goal is, I want you to help me develop my Instagram marketing strategy for the next 30 days. My specific goal is I want to add 50 new people to my email list. Through my Instagram content, my keyword is money. And when people comment that keyword, they will get a DM with my monetizer IG guide. That actually is one of my keywords. So you can.

Go test it out right now, comment on one of my posts, money, and you'll get that guide. So the more specific you are with the goal, the better the strategy you'll get. And remember, it's not like you do this all and it spits out a strategy and you're just like, okay, now I'm done. That is like the first draft. You are the strategic thought leader. It is your partner. You have to guide it. You have to know how to give it that feedback.

and kind of go back and forth with it, just like you would an assistant that you are training, right? Or someone on your team. Now, this is where a lot of people I know I lose a lot of people because they're just like, okay, I got the output, but it's not good. I don't know what to do with it.
